General Job Terms
Work conditions in the PTERODON team:
PTERODON only offers full-time jobs for people willing to work in the company's office that is located in Brno. The working hours are fixed. As a PTERODON team member you will work on top games with top experts in the field using top technology. The salary level depends on many factors (experience and ability) and it is discussed during the job interview.
A full-time cooperation or a student scholarship is possible for at least 6 months, although we prefer a long-term cooperation. It is not easy to be accepted to our highly professional team; all applicants will be registered, however we can only employ the best that can fulfil our expectations concerning talent and skills.
Stages of the interview:
1. Applicants will send a CV with some examples of their previous work and a written explanation of reasons why they want to join the PTERODON team, what their abilities and ambitions are, etc.
Important questions which have to be answered:
- Field/position which the applicant wants to work in.
- Education and experience in the field which they want to work in.
- Previous practice in the field which they want to work in.
- Language abilities.
- Hand made drawings and PC graphics (people that are interested in a graphic designer position).
2. Promising candidates will be contacted by the PTERODON team. A practical task according to the demands of the specific position will be assigned to them. The candidates will be asked to complete this task in approximately one week's term.
3. If the applicant fulfils all tasks, we will consider recruiting them to the team. An interview is necessary to find out about his personality and possibility to work in the PTERODON team.
4. The final decision depends on provided materials and overall impression from the interview and internal factors in the team (current project, budget, other potential applicants, etc.).
Jobs currently available are advertised in a separate section. The applicants for positions, which are not currently needed, can only be recruited in special cases (e.g. due to their special abilities).
Send your application form in Czech or English at the PTERODON Help Desk. Sending letters and parcels by e-mail is only possible after reaching agreement with the PTERODON team.
Due to amount of work and lack of time, expect a reply in two weeks.
