 1. I get an error when I try to open the forum. What is wrong?
The server hosting the forum has probably crashed. Please contact the webmasters if you continue to have the problem after a longer period of time (you can contact the webmasters at the PTERODON Help Desk).

2. I wrote a topic a while ago, which has disappeared. Can you get it back?
We had a bug earlier that caused old topics being deleted after some time. The bug is fixed now, although the deleted topics cannot be brought back.

3. I wrote a topic that I have lost. Can you help?
Try to search for the topic in the search option. It may have been moved to a section that fits the subject better.

4. A member of the forum is provoking me, what should I do about this?
Please contact the webmasters. They will do something about it (you can contact the webmasters at the PTERODON Help Desk).

5. I am having technical issues with the forum, what should I do?
First, try to contact Christian "CyberKiller" Konieczka, the administrator of the forum. If you are unable to do so, please contact the webmasters (you can contact the webmasters at the PTERODON Help Desk).

6. I get a security warning every time I open the forum, can you fix it?
This is for safety purposes only. It cannot be fixed.

7. I would like to beta test your games, how can I do this?
Contact us through the PTERODON Help Desk with some information about yourself and if you have done beta testing work before. Note that the beta testing group is complete right now, so we do not need any more beta testers.

8. I have lost my password. Is there a way to get it back?
There is a password retrieval option. You can find it when you try to log in. Click it, read the procedures on the screen and wait for an e-mail to arrive in your inbox.

9. I am finding it hard for me to use the forum.
When you open the forum there should be a standard F.A.Q. Try to read it. It basically explains everything. (http://forum.pterodon.cz/faq.php).

10. Do members from the PTERODON firm visit the forum?
Yes. The PTERODON team visits the forum daily and also helps people there. So feel free to ask a question. PTERODON members are ranked as "Guru" and "Site Admin".
The PTERODON webmaster CyberKiller (Christian Konieczka) is visiting the forum almost daily, and he watches all of the topics. He is in contact with the rest of the PTERODON team, so feel free to contact him if you have something important to say. Other PTERODON team members are visiting the forum irregularly - have in mind that their main task is to develop games, which is a quite hard job.

11. Are there any guidelines I need to follow at the forum?
